Invited Speakers of the conference

­Prof. Sadek Bakouche. University Professor of Economics, President of the Commission for the Implementation of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (CIAQES) at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He is an expert in quality assurance for several international organizations (UNICEF, UNIDO) and national institutions (Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research). He is also an international expert/auditor for the EU and AU, and a program designer at the National School of Management in Algiers, developing syllabuses for masters in organizational management and quality management. He also contributes to the training of engineers in entrepreneurship at the FIE (Training Institute for Entrepreneurs). 

­Prof. Mebarek Bahri. University Professor in Science and Technology, Member of the National Council for Ethics and University Deontology. He is a member of the National Commission for Updating the National Quality Assurance Reference Framework in Higher Education (RNAQES). He is also responsible for the Quality Assurance Cell at the University of Biskra.

­Prof. Abdelouaheb Dakhia. Higher Education Professor in Language and Culture Didactics at the University of Biskra. He is the President of the National Pedagogical Committee for the Letters and Foreign Languages Domain (CPND), and is responsible for the "Algerian-French Doctoral School" (EDAF) and the "French Language and Francophone Expression" Network (LaFEF).
